           The Oak Creek East and Walker Wood Homeowners Associations are hosting an informational meeting to discuss the PROPOSED REZONING of 15.794 acres on Old State Road located between Aurora Avenue and Maxwell Avenue and across the road from Little Bear Village.  The meeting will be:

            Date:            Wednesday, July 20
            Location:      LITTLE BEAR VILLAGE CLUBHOUSE
            Time:           7:00 PM

           The prospective buyer is considering the site for an assisted living facility nearly identical to The Inn at Olentangy Trail, which a is one-story assisted living facility which just opened in May on Rt. 23 adjacent to the new library.  They have now built nineteen projects in Ohio and they have all been very successful.  As part of the proposed rezoning, the Seller will be donating approximately six acres of the site to the Orange Township for parkland and green space.  There is a “concept plan” attached to this communication, which shows you how the proposed building might sit on the grounds.

           We are encouraging all of the residents of Oak Creek East and Walker Wood to visit The Inn at Olentangy Trail prior to the meeting and to visit their website at www.olentangytrail.com.  We hope all of you will attend.
