ANNUAL GARAGE SALE A
SUCCESS!
Neighbors opened their garage doors to everyone with a
collection of used furniture, clothes, CDs, toys, knickknacks
and more for sale. On June 12th and 13th, we held our annual garage sale from 9am
to 4pm each day. The weather was great! Thanks to everyone who
participated. |

Celebrate
Red, White & Blue with Orange Township!
Get ready for our
July 4th Parade! The 5th Anniversary Orange Celebration
will include a Parade and Freedom 4-Miler Day Run. NBC
News 4 anchor Cabob Rea will be our Grand Marshall for this
years 4th of July Parade. The parade route starts at Oak Creek
Center, Powell Rd to S. Old State, S. Old State to Orange Rd.,
and Orange to the Middle School. Following the parade,
there will be a live band and more at the Middle School.

Entrance Sign Replaced
The entrance sign at Aurora Ave. and South Old State that high winds in December
damaged has been replaced. The HOA Board communicated with
several companies to discuss options for a new sign and collected bids.

approached this summer by two white males in suits selling
discounted memberships to the Little Bear Golf Club. These men
were not employees of the golf
course and had no authorization to offer memberships or collect
money. This is a public golf course!
