E. Resident Concerns
1. Newsletter content
"From your neighbors" This section in the
newsletter is may or may not be supported
by the trustees. In the last
newsletter a resident was make an effort to inform everyone
that they are responsible for their dogs
actions. In the letter the used picking up their
poop as an example, another example is that
if your dog runs into the street, causing an
accident you are responsible for that
accident. Legally this could be financially
devastating. In the future this
section of the newsletter will remain with the
understanding that we want to keep this as
a positive comment section and will
discourage negative feedback. Please use
this section as an information section.
2. There have been some concern about the
traffic and noise associated with a
residents business. We
will be looking into what we can do to help remedy this
situation.
