For those persons who
has an invisible fence please mark it, and if they do damage to it,
they will repair it. But, again PLEASE mark the ground where the
fence is.
Tidbits:
- Future Cable is the subcontractor
to WOW doing the actual installation.
- They CANNOT dig outside the
easement areas.
- They CANNOT leave their equipment
on the front lawn, tree lawn, or any other area outside of
the easement area.
The 2008 Annual HOA Dues
- The due date for annual dues is March 15th, 2008. Your payment
must either be postmarked by or given to a trustee by that date to be
considered on time. Checks should be made payable to "Oak Creek East
Homeowner's Association" and mailed to: OCEHOA, P.O. Box 395, Lewis
Center, OH 43035. There was an error on the dues regarding a
Trustee's email address. It reads chime2@insight.rr.com and should read
chimes2@insight.rr.com
