Overview and Submit Form

Who can submit a FREE ad?  As long as you are a resident of Oak Creek, Oak Creek East, and Prestwick Commons, and a member in good standing of your Association, you can post a FREE classified.  Your ad can not be a solicitation for business- or opportunity-related. This could include furniture, toys, auto, bicycle, clothes, TV, and so on.  Simply fill out the FORM below and then click on 'Submit'.  All ads are reviewed for content before being posted, and may be edited or refused at our discretion if it doesn't meet our guidelines or good taste.  You will be contacted and given the opportunity to change or resubmit if declined.  Approved ads will be posted as soon as possible.   Free listings will be removed after several months, or if you contact us for free renewal. Also, since these are FREE ads, we will not make any changes to copy unless we enter the information wrong. If you absolutely have to make a change to the copy (wrong phone number, want to change the price, etc.) there is a $5.00 per ad charge, prepaid. Thank you!

NEW! We will also accept free ads in the category of babysitting, lawn mowing, dog sitting or walking, or other similar type services as long as it isn't a professional business.  This is directed towards teens interested in making extra money for school or other projects. Use directions as outlined above.

Can I Include a Picture?  YES!  But please make sure it's digital format, and saved as a JPG or GIF file.  ONE PICTURE PER LISTING, PLEASE!  We may also have to reduce the size to fit on our page.  Simply attach your picture to an email to us separately, but use the Form below to submit the rest of your ad. Please reference your ad by using your name so we can make sure it is placed with appropriate items.

How long will an ad stay online?  Ads will be removed automatically after one month unless you contact us and request we run it longer.  Paid ads (see below) run one year or until you request its removal.

Home-based Business- or Opportunity-Related Ad?  Place a classified for only $50. per year per listing.  This is directed towards professional home-based businesses only, i.e. party plans, network marketing, sports or music lessons, tutoring, etc. that doesn't have a store front.  $10.00 charge per logo or any image insert (one per ad), and any changes or updates to a currently listed ad. Note: Store-front or professional services have the opportunity to become a sponsor. See below.

Store-front Businesses and Business Professionals?   This includes store-front merchants, restaurants/pizza parlors, and professionals with offices or place of business.  Rates are very reasonable, and it's a great way to get your business in front of our community in a positive and low-cost manner.  We can also assist you in setting up a one-page Web Brochure, Coupons or special offerings.  Sponsorship is limited, so please contact Bruce Kullberg at Unicom Computers by email or call (614)593-3753 today.
