Dues not paid in full after April 30, 2011 are subject to an administrative collection charge, as permitted in Article VI, Section 6(a) of the Deed Restrictions. Liens may be placed on non-paying residents’ homes  for unpaid dues ($225 dues + $25 fee) after May 15, 2011.
