Q: What can be done about dog waste on sidewalks?

A: We understand your frustration and disgust, hopefully this situation will resolve itself now that the snow is gone. As we all hope that our neighbors keep their sidewalks clean there is nothing in the restrictions that addresses the situation. We will remind everyone in the next newsletter to pick up after your animal especially on walkways. - OCE trustees

Q: Do I have to receive permission from our association to install a dish network?

A: A LETTER OF PERMISSION from the Homeowners Association is required for the installation of dish network. Contact your trustees for details. - OCE trustees
