Celebrate Red, White & Blue with Orange Township!

Get ready for our July 4th Parade! The 5th Anniversary Orange Celebration will include a Parade and Freedom 4-Miler Day Run. NBC News 4 anchor Cabob Rea will be our Grand Marshall for this years 4th of July Parade. The parade route starts at Oak Creek Center, Powell Rd to S. Old State, S. Old State to Orange Rd., and Orange to the Middle School. Following the parade, there will be a live band and more at the Middle School. Additional information is available by clicking here

The due date for payment of annual dues is April 15, 2009. Your payment must be either post marked by or given to a trustee by that date to be considered on time. Checks should be made payable to “Oak Creek East Homeowners’ Association” and mailed to:

Dues not paid in full by April 30, 2009 are subject to an administrative collection charge, as permitted in Article VI, Section 6(a) of the Deed Restrictions. Liens will be placed on non-paying residents’ homes for unpaid dues ($225 dues + $25 fee) by April 30, 2009.
