Winter plummets Oak Creek East with record snowfall in February. Even though many considered it beautiful and scenic, and the kids enjoyed a few days off from school, others didn't appreciate all the shoveling and traffic issues that followed.

The due date for payment of annual dues is April 15, 2010. Your payment must be either post marked by or given to a trustee by that date to be considered on time. Checks should be made payable to “Oak Creek East Homeowners’ Association” and mailed to:

Dues not paid in full by April 30, 2010 are subject to an administrative collection charge, as permitted in Article VI, Section 6(a) of the Deed Restrictions. Liens will be placed on non-paying residents’ homes  for unpaid dues ($225 dues + $25 fee) by April 30, 2010.
