Brickman landscaping has finally been able to catch up to mother nature and we should be on track for consistent lawn maintenance. Additionally, we have contracted with Jobie's Tree service to remove some dead trees that pose safety concerns. Later in the year we will address the 10-15 remaining trees that need removed and replaced. We may have upwards of $10,000 in tree related expenses.
There’s been a change in the law and our current street signs will not be compliant as they are required to be reflective. We will be discussing a cooperative effort with Orange Township to provide the signs and we will have them attached to existing poles much like those in Walker Woods.
We will be surveying common areas for tree replacement, maintenance and stump removal. If you know of a issue let us know so we can consolidate and receive beneficial pricing for all work needed. For complete letter, click here >>
